5-Day Casablanca to Marrakech Desert Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Casablanca → Kasba Tadla → Midelt
Depart Casablanca early and travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping at Kasbah Tadla and Aghbalou for photos and local sights. Continue to Boumia, then arrive in Midelt for overnight stay, preparing for your journey to the Sahara Desert.

Day 2: Midelt → Erfoud → Merzouga (Erg Chebbi Dunes)
After breakfast, continue through the Ziz Valley with its lush palm groves and scenic villages. Stop in Erfoud, renowned for fossils and dates. Arrive in Merzouga, where you’ll embark on a sunset camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes. Spend the night in a luxury desert camp, enjoying traditional Berber music and dinner under the stars.

Day 3: Merzouga Desert Exploration

Day 4: Merzouga → Todra Gorge → Dades Valley
Depart Merzouga after breakfast and drive through Todra Gorge, a dramatic canyon with towering cliffs ideal for walking and photography. Continue into the Dades Valley, following the scenic “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs.” Stop for photos, short hikes, and admire the dramatic rock formations. Overnight in a traditional riad or hotel in Dades Valley.

Visit Aït Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site with historic architecture and cinematic history. Cross the High Atlas Mountains via Tizi n’Tichka Pass to arrive in Marrakech by evening.
